Salt is good in the mouth, but not for the heart (Ekonda proverb – DRC). The world’s pleasures do not give happiness.

That is a powerful proverb. Ignoring the low-hanging fruit about what too much sodium can to to the body, it shows how possessions are only temporary much like a salty taste to an appetizing food. The imagery is innovative here.
