Un Léopard ne mange pas de poisson (Proverbe Ekonda, République Démocratique du Congo (RDC)). Un grand chef ne s’occupe pas de bagatelles.
A leopard does not eat fish (Ekonda Proverb, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)). A great chief does not busy himself with nonsense.

That was a peculiar proverb, but I get it now. I never thought about literal leopards eating fish or not, but that’s besides the point. In all seriousness here, this is something I need to focus on to not let petty things get to me.

Beautiful! Yes… it is a good proverb to keep us focused on important things.

Definitely and I can’t waste my time on petty things. It was something I needed to read that day.
